Cayman’s CysLT Express ELISA Kit is a competitive assay that can be used for quantification of CysLTs in urine, plasma, serum, lavage fluids and aspirates, culture media, and other sample matrices. The assay has a range of 7.8-1,000 pg/ml, an average sensitivity (80% B/B0) of 24 pg/ml, and a lower limit of detection (LLOD) of 6.4 pg/ml. NOTE: This kit measures all CysLTs.
